Prof. Dr. Sudipto Mukherjee Prof. Mukherjee is a professor at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IIT-D) and has a very distinguished career in academics with many patents and papers published to his credit. Prof. Mukherjee has to his credit several innovative concepts like the Massively Parallel Binary System, Foldable Shipping Container (patented in India, China and International application through PCT) AGTRAM for the Delhi Traffic Police (patented and ToT), Design of Torque Limiting Bolt (Patented and ToT to SIP Houston, USA). The moving elements he designed for the CROSSING exhibition for Xerox PARC show the convergence of technology, aesthetics and art. Support to local industry and R&D labs with engineering analysis and solutions on a need basis drawing from the overall area of mechanical engg. design.
Prof. Mukherjee's group is one of the first to create finite element motorcycle models and its use to evaluate ISO13232 standards and the use of airbags for two wheeler safety through ALE simulations. The 2007 study leading to detailed recording of 130 crashes and 6 reconstructions for the Ministry of Transportation is the leadoff to the proposed National Road Safety Board.

He was instrumental in launching the legendary KamaSutra condoms in the early 90's. He strives in consistently challenging existing equilibrium's; seeking innovative approaches and testing performance boundaries. He is now actively pursuing the rapid adoption of Artificial Intelligence & Data Sciences techniques in businesses in India.
Over a five year period (2010-2015), Aniruddha led the team that doubled Raymond's suiting & related business to around USD 400 mill. This was achieved through a combination of new and innovative product introductions (among others -Made to Measure; Raymond Shirting, Makers brand; Linen & Cotton product introductions); verticalisation (composite fabric+garment offerings), focused channel wise distribution structures; dealer management; retail expansion and brand focus.
In earlier years (2005-2010), he drove the Raymond exclusive Retail network to a rapid expansion in Class 2 and lower towns; and in the Malls emerging in Metros and Class 1 towns. Also launched the Be: brand (Men, Women, Ethnic, Western)- which was Raymond's foray in affordable designer wear.
For 15 years (1995 to 2010), Aniruddha was the CEO of JK Ansell ( a 50:50 Raymond/Ansell USA JV) and led it through an era of high profitability, the internationalisation of KamaSutra condoms; introduction of Ansell surgeons gloves and brand extensions into Deodorants. He was an integral part of the Ansell Global Condom Leadership team.
Aniruddha always encourages a participative approach and takes pride in identifying, encouraging and nurturing talent- many of whom are now already in, or poised for, senior leadership positions in many different companies.
